Ross Rutherford serves White Oak as General Counsel, where he is responsible for all legal matters and supports with regulatory and compliance aspects. Ross has over 12 years of financial services experience, having joined White Oak via its acquisition of First Independent Finance in 2015 after working in practice with Harper MacLeod LLP. Ross holds an LLB (Hons) (Euro) from the University of Strathclyde and a DipLP from Glasgow Graduate School of Law and is dual qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and Scotland.
